Personal data processing policy
Effective from 28 July 2026 · version 1
Here you'll find, clearly laid out, what personal data I process about you, why, for how long and what rights you have. I try to write it plainly, not in legalese. Processing is carried out in line with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
01Who is the controller
The controller of your personal data — the one who decides how and why it is processed — is:
Company ID (IČO): 03645193
Registered office: Palackého 1191, 252 29 Dobřichovice, Czechia
E-mail: kolman.filip@outlook.com
Registered in the Czech Trade Register. I have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) — reach out to me directly about anything.
02What data I process and why
I only process what I genuinely need. Most often it is one of these situations:
| Booking an intro call | When you book an intro call through the scheduling calendar, I process the name and e-mail you enter and the time slot you choose. Purpose: to arrange and hold the call. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. |
|---|---|
| Communication by e-mail or phone | When you contact me directly (e-mail, phone), I process your contact details and the content of your message. Purpose: to reply to you and arrange working together. Legal basis: legitimate interest in handling your enquiry, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. |
| Visiting the website (statistics) | I use cookieless analytics (Umami), which collects only anonymous aggregate data (e.g. number of visits, where they came from, which page). It stores no cookies, builds no profiles and does not identify you. That is why the site shows no cookie banner. Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring traffic, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. |
You provide the data voluntarily. Without a name and e-mail, though, I cannot book a call or reply to you.
03Who receives the data (processors)
I do not sell your data and do not pass it to anyone for advertising. I do, however, use technical suppliers who process data on my behalf and are bound by contract:
- Scheduling calendar — Calendly: Calendly LLC (USA) processes your name, e-mail and call time slot as a processor. Calendly is a US service, so a transfer of data outside the EU (to the USA) may occur. The transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, or another valid mechanism.
- Analytics — Umami: processes anonymous aggregate traffic data without cookies. The data is processed on servers in the EU.
- Hosting — Vercel: Vercel Inc. runs and delivers the website (CDN). It processes technical connection data (e.g. IP address in server logs) for the time necessary to operate the site.
I may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
04How long I keep the data
- Bookings and related communication: for the time needed to handle your enquiry and thereafter for the necessary period — typically 6 months from the last contact.
- Data from an agreed collaboration (invoices, contracts): for the period required by tax and accounting rules — for tax documents 10 years.
- Anonymous traffic statistics: contain no personal data and are kept in aggregate form.
Once the period expires I delete or anonymise the data.
05What rights you have
In relation to your data you have the right under GDPR to:
- access — to find out what data I process about you;
- rectification of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data;
- erasure (“the right to be forgotten”), where there is no reason for the processing;
- restriction of processing;
- portability of your data to another controller;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights, write to me at kolman.filip@outlook.com. I will respond without undue delay, at the latest within one month.
The supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.cz. You have the right to turn to it with a complaint.
06Contact
For anything regarding your data, reach out to me directly:

I may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the effective date at the top.
07Health disclaimer
Coaching and working with me are not a medical service within the meaning of the Act on Health Services and do not replace medical or physiotherapy care.
I build the system of your day — movement, sleep, energy and attention. Anything beyond the scope of coaching (diagnosis, treatment, injury rehabilitation, acute or chronic health problems) belongs with a doctor or physiotherapist, and I will refer you straight there.
If you have health problems or doubts about whether movement and exertion are suitable for you, consult your doctor first. You are responsible for decisions about your own health.
08Pre-contract summary
A short summary for consumers. This is not the full text of the terms and conditions — the service is neither arranged nor paid for through the website; specific terms are always confirmed by e-mail in advance.
- Withdrawal within 14 days: for a contract concluded at a distance, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason (Section 1829 of the Civil Code).
- Exception: if you expressly request that the service begin before the period expires and the service is provided in full, the right of withdrawal lapses (Section 1837 of the Civil Code).
- Cancellation and payment: a session time can be rescheduled or cancelled by arrangement; the price and terms are confirmed by e-mail before the collaboration begins.
- Out-of-court dispute resolution: a consumer dispute can be resolved through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, adr.coi.cz.
